    At Estrella Lawns, we understand the importance of clear communication. To ensure you know when we've arrived to service your property, we have a few methods in place. Firstly our team members wear identifiable uniforms. Additionally, our trucks are branded and painted with our company logo, making them easily identifiable as well. Lastly, we send reminders a day before we arrive. We are also happy to follow any specific instructions requested by our clients. We believe in transparency and keeping you informed every step of the way.

  • Can I cancel mowing services at any time?

    Absolutely! For your convenience our services continue year to year unless otherwise requested.

  • What if I'm not home during service?

    No worries! Since we run during business hours, most of our clients are working during the day and are not home. Please make sure to keep the gate unlocked and pets inside before you leave so our crew will have access to the front and back yard.

  • What happens if I don't receive my service on a scheduled day?

    If it's a weather delay, we will notify you that we are not coming by and will postpone your service until the next workable day. If our crew is running behind and won't be able to make it to your property, we will notify you in advance and schedule you in for the following day.

  • Do I need to clean up my lawn before you come?

    A clean lawn helps us provide more effective service. Toys on the lawn, dog waste and other things can affect our ability to complete the service.

  • What if I want to skip a service?

    We are willing to help with most scheduling desires. Please let us know within 24 hours to be able to skip that day.
